Out of Hours Service
For your convenience, The Berkshire Medical Practice is open on selected Bank Holidays and we can consult and do home visits out of normal office hours and into the late evenings on most days. Please contact us for details on 01628 780380 or 07934 272301.
We do not currently provide a full 24-hour GP out of hours service but should you have an acute health need please use our mobile line to contact us. For this reason, we encourage you to stay registered with your NHS GP so that you can access GP care during all other periods.
To access the GP Out of Hours Service, please contact NHS 111 by dialling 111. If you feel your condition is a life-threatening emergency, we advise you call 999 for emergency care.
